About Letter of Wishes
Letter of Wishes provides an online guided tool for creating a private, non-binding Letter of Wishes PDF to accompany a will in England and Wales.
For business or support contact, email hello@letterofwishes.uk. If you need a postal trading address before purchasing, ask by email before placing an order.
Not legal advice
The tool, examples, guidance pages, AI output, and PDF templates are general information and drafting support only. They are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a regulated legal service.
A Letter of Wishes is guidance only. It is not legally binding, cannot replace your will, and cannot change who inherits under your will. Use a regulated solicitor where your circumstances are complex, where there may be a dispute, or where you do not yet have a valid will.
Free and paid options
The free option lets you complete the guided form, create editable structured sections, and download a basic PDF.
The paid AI-assisted option is a one-off £5 purchase for the current browser letter. It unlocks paid examples, up to five AI draft or section-polish assists in 24 hours, and Modern, Warm, and Formal PDF styles while the entitlement is active. Starting a new browser letter may require a new checkout for paid features on that new letter.
Digital content and immediate access
The paid option provides digital content and digital services immediately after checkout confirmation, including examples, AI assistance, and premium PDF styles. By choosing the paid option and continuing to checkout, you ask us to provide immediate access once payment succeeds and you acknowledge the refund and cancellation terms in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking the accuracy, suitability, and completeness of any draft before relying on it. You should review the PDF with your will and estate-planning documents, and take professional advice where needed.
Do not enter passwords, recovery phrases, secret keys, bank PINs, or private account credentials into the letter. Keep access details in a suitable password manager or secure process instead.
AI limitations
AI output may be incomplete, unsuitable, repetitive, or wrong. You must review and edit every AI-assisted section. The product may refuse or fail to generate text if required services are unavailable, if paid access has expired, or if usage limits have been reached.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown before payment. The paid option is a one-off purchase and does not create a subscription.
No account and no stored wishes
The product does not create user accounts. Paid recovery uses payment and entitlement records, but Letter of Wishes answers, generated sections, and PDFs are not intentionally stored in the product database.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, payment, email, AI, analytics, or security providers may be unavailable from time to time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Letter of Wishes is not responsible for losses caused by treating the tool as legal advice, failing to maintain a valid will, entering inaccurate information, including private credentials in the letter, or relying on unreviewed AI output.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The version shown on this page applies when you use the site unless a later version is published.
