FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. The site helps you draft guidance, not legal advice. A solicitor can help if your estate or family circumstances are complex.

Does a letter of wishes replace a will?

No. It should sit alongside your will and cannot change who inherits under your will.

Do you store my answers?

No. The free and AI-assisted flows process your request and return the draft or PDF without saving your personal wishes. Saved letters may be offered later as a separate one-off family option using email magic-link access.

Is AI assistance a subscription?

No. AI assistance is a one-off £5 upgrade for the current letter-writing session.
